   Traveling through Nebraska, we like to stay off of the main roads. That led us to Red Willow State Park, which was incredible. The park was almost empty during the week. The sites are huge, lots of grass and trees. Beautiful views. Restrooms, with showers, dump stations and a boat launching area (although the lake was low). We got a gorgeous site with views of the lake. It was peaceful, the honeysuckles were all blooming and the fragrance was everywhere. We would definitely stay there again.
