The most amazing antique shop we have ever been in! Everything is restored and amazing. There is a big main building full of great stuff and then there is a general store with antique goods, and several other buildings to look through. This place is way down a road off the beaten path almost turned around thinking we missed it. So glad we kept driving it was worth every minute of it. See more..

-Warm feeling of Thanksgiving during covid.

We were driving home on Thanksgiving and stopped at a Comfort Inns and Suites for the night. Hungry almost nothing open. DW wanted a turkey meal and the wait was over 3 hours plus at Cracker Barrel. DH found Just one more bar and grill. They were serving a real Thanksgiving meal. The owners were so friendly and made us feel welcome! They smoked a turkey, bone in ham, 2 kinds of stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberries and more. The price was $7.00 a plate wow. DW had her first slice of homemade sweet potato pie and now is hooked. See more..

-A Gem in SE Tennessee
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Spent 1-2 hours Wineries & Vineyards
We arrived 20 minutes before closing and an hour and $200 later we left as BFF’s of Josh the winemaker and Calvin the young man hosting the tastings. Psst: the Cynthianna grape is what Virginia and Missouri know as Norton. Vidal Blanc is outstanding! The blend of Traminette and Vidal Blanc is also a winner. But in addition to wine well made, the personalities of Josh and Calvin made the experience. See more..

- 3.0 May Prairie Natural Area (6 reviews)
-May Prairie Natural Area
Nature & Wildlife Areas
The 250-acre May Prairie is a recognized National Natural Landmark located near Manchester, Coffee County , Tennessee. The one-mile loop trail is a bit finicky but sufficient for exercise. The mosquito’s were more than plentiful during the time of our visit but overall is a nice little prairie and swamp area worth visiting at least once. After turning off U.S. 41 be sure to watch carefully for the small parking area which is on the right side of Asbury Road as it is not prominently marked. See more..
