Attended a Saturday morning warm vinyasa flow class with friends. The studio has a cool modern/urban decor - comfortable, easy hang out spot. The instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable; the class had a smooth flow and good balance of mind/body approach. Located in a new area, easy to get to, easy parking. See more..
