My wife and I spent three days in Llano, and she booked this for an afternoon. We knew we were going to be driving around the area so she figured this would be more fun than using our own car. We had a blast. Sharon met us and went over the machine with us. The Slingshots were in great condition. It was super fun to drive. We went up to the National Wildlife Refuge for a hike and back to Marble Falls. The twisty roads are perfect for this kind of machine. My wife and I were both surprised at how well it drove. I expected it to be really rough and darty, like a go-kart. It was actually very smooth. You feel the road but not in a harsh way. I was also surprised that I never felt intimidated in traffic. The one thing to know is that, between the exhaust and the wind, it's very loud. I would definitely suggest either a helmet or at least earplugs. This was a great way to spend four hours on a beautiful afternoon. I thoroughly recommend it and would do it again in a minute. See more..

This course is nicely maintained, the staff is kind, and it is well priced. The course is difficult because of the long yardages and high grass (making it hard to find your ball on errant shots). Not busy the times I’ve played, but I would still get a tee time. There is also a lot of construction currently, which can be invasive on certain holes.
