Spent < 1 hour Visitor Centers

We entered Colorado on a warm Thursday night about 7:00 pm. There were very few cars and trucks there at the time. The restrooms were reasonably clean and they are in a separate part of the building from the Welcome Center itself. The door to the Welcome center says it’s open until 5pm. There are maps available in the hallway by the bathroom. The beautifully landscaped grounds and faux Native American teepees make it a great place to have a picnic. There is relatively little semi parking spaces here as it is primarily designed for tourists. There is a decent walking path and a place for your dog to exercise. We stop here occasionally on our way into Colorado as it’s a nice place to recharge before the final push into the mountains. See more..

We love to go to the movies here, very reasonable prices, delicious popcorn. This theater jus turned 100 years last week. If you have a chance go visit and enjoy the movies. See more..
