John K. King Used and Rare Books image
A group of us went to a number of Used Books Stores yesterday. This was BY FAR the best of the lot. The gem of the store was the clerk that escorted us to sections which would hold the books we would be interested. He was familiar with many different authors and books from a wide variety of topics. But also showed interest in learning about new authors. There were great collections of many category. Next let me say, there was plenty of space and lighting to move down the aisles. Books were well organized by subject and alphabetized by authors last name. (This is not the case everywhere). Finally, let me note that the books were clean and the AC made the store very comfortable on a hot day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ... and I'll be back. See more..
