Spent 1-2 hours Gear Rentals

Contacted PSR staff to inform them we were running late due to traffic accidents and would be about an hour late. They said "drive safely and we will hold the reservation for you. We close at 6pm". We arrived and reviewed the Jet Ski operational procedures and safety checks and were told we could return at 6:45pm (60 minutes to ride & 15 minutes to allow for refueling. Headed out on new equipment (Yamaha Wave Runners 2021). We returned to Jet Ski rental after refueling at the marina fueling station (very polite attendant). The Jet Ski rental associate was pleasant, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. This company has top notch customer service and our experience was excellent. We will be renting from them again in Mid-August and again on Labor Day weekend. I recommend reservations. See more..
