I stay in the area often for work and this is one of the only decent places to stay but I may have to go to the local hotel in Rolla for now on. The rooms there may look like I'm a hunter but at least the service is good. The remodel of the Casino (I use little) is actually nice. The new hotel looks great but I always have small problems (no hot water) that the hotel staff seems to care little of when I bring it up. Most recently I got in later (10pm) from work and was going to go on to 'Grillerz' for a late supper. Website said they were open until 12:30 - I called and they had closed at 9:30. Probably update your website to say 'open until we are closed'. Lazy - Lazy staff. Every time I'm here. I will not be staying, gambling at this property again. See more..
