-Absolutely brilliant- do this!
Farms
Picture Yourself at a Cranberry Harvest. You will hear about the history of cranberries, learn how they are grown and harvested and then you will put on a pair of chest waders and go out onto a flooded bog with cranberries floating around you. This is a great photo opportunity! Visit our cranberry cottage for fresh cranberries, jams, honey and more! See more..

-Golf lessons
Golf Courses
The pro there that teaches the lessons, Isaac Moniz, is wonderful. So helpful , articulate and friendly. Isaac makes it very easy to learn. The driving range is nice and involves a hill. I cannot wait for spring to start the lessons again. I have not played here yet but look forward to it. See more..

-ALWAYS the best family time!
Farms
We come here every year to the orchard to pick everything from apples , corn, and pumpkins to digging up our own potatoes! There was 15 of us this year and we filled many of our own bags with produce as well as a wagon for our ride! The baked goods are to die for and there are many photo opp destinations! A barn, tractor and the orchard itself is beautiful! Spend the day!! There is plenty of parking, they sell plenty of food or you can pack and bring your own pic nic ! Everything is priced great! The taste testing while we pick is the most fun! See more..

-A Moment or Two of Prayer.......
Monuments & Statues
Stopping by especially in the evening and just saying a few prayers for those who lost their lives in this environment gives you a sense of peace. I am so happy that this is a permanent part of our town of Acushnet. See more..

-Very rustic and fun.
Bars & Clubs
The pizza is excellent. They have good fish and chips on Friday and the seafood platters look humongous. I can not say enough good things about the waitress on Thursday nights. See more..

-Interesting
Ancient Ruins
It was so interesting finding ruins in Acushnet MA. It was originally an old cotton mill that was originally built in 1799! The history is interesting and I applaud the preservation society for its protection instead of our usual American way of life (throw everything away). I really enjoy and appreciate viewing antiquities. See more..

-Nice little farm stand/store
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Farms
We stopped here after being turned off by the crowd at a nearby farm. Here they sell pumpkins, squash and a variety of apples. Macoun were $2.99/# and Cortland $2.79/#. In the store they had a nice variety of jam, jelly, salsa and some baked goods. This is not a pick your own apple venue nor is there a picnic area. It is very clean with good sanitation See more..

-Beautiful little spot for a quick walk in the woods
Tuesday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Hiking Trails
What a beautiful spot! My husband and I recently went day tripping and he discovered this little gem. The loop is about 1/2 mile, so we walked it twice. Paths are clear and clean. You'll see many different birds, water rushing down the river, a pond, little wooden bridges and walkways and more. Great way to get outside and some fresh air. Really nice location. See more..
- 4.0 Silver Brook Farm (1 review)
-Nice area for an outdoor walk or picnic
Tuesday: Farms
This farm is more for walking around and seeing fields and animals. Open spaces and a nice (small) store with an area for picnicking. There is a fee to walk the grounds ($10) which includes getting to pick a pumpkin and the end. The store has some pies ($17) and jams ($6) and cider donuts ($8/6 donuts). There are no apples here.
