Excellent
Kubinska Hola is one of my favourite ski resorts in Slovakia. Although the ski lifts are not exactly state of art, the pistes are great for beginners and intermediate skiers with some interesting choices of routes off piste even for experienced skiers (when there is enough snow off piste). This is a great resort to start learning skiing since the pistes for beginners are very wide and there is plenty of space even on crowded days. I absolutely love the 360 degree view from the top of Kubinska Hola on sunny days.

Excellent value skiing !
We have friend that live in Dolny Kubin and this is just a few minutes away. There is plenty of choice close by for other skiing also but Kubinska is a charming little ski resort and great especially for families.

Good ski condition
Very good ski condition, one of the best ski resort in Orava for normal price. You can choose how long do you want skiing , you will find here short or long slopes and slopes also for children. Necessary reconstruction of toilets
