A wonderful day. Try to do the walk up the steps rather than the longer but flatter path. Tiring but wonderful scenery once you get to the top, which should take 45 minutes including a breather half way up. For me this was easily the best attraction in Shaoxing.

    Delightful boat ride
    This quaint ferry slowly meanders around this area, showing shady tree, birdlife and extreme quiet , this is my second time here na I am north disapointed again

    A good one day picnic
    This place is a good picnic spot. Whether with friends or family.. with children, it's a great place to spend a day between nature. Boating can be done too. Usually all sightseeing spots in China has a lot of walking and climbing. But when in groups, it's fun.
