We saw a Pearl on the Sea while crossing the Hangzhou Bay Bridge in Haitian-Yizhou-Hangzhou Bay! Amazingly beautiful architecture. China is home to many of the world’s most amazing bridges.

Interesting 36 Kms with midway tourist center tower
It is a bridge....not so exciting,so I agree that maybe it is not correct to consider this an attraction.....I have crossed the bridge about 40 times,so I guess I can say I am very familiar with it.On one of my last trips to Shanghai from Ningbo we decided to stop at this midway attraction tower. All I can say is that they built this obviously very expensive structure right next to the bridge and it is supposed to be the attraction.We stopped there but there is literally nothing in the tower but very poor food outlets and a view that is compromised mostly by the mist,fog,smog,haze that surrounds the structure.Really not an attraction at all...stay on the bridge as there is literally no reason to stop

A great engineering achievement
Undoubtedly this is a great engineering and technological achievement, and if you're in Shanghai area, definitely worth seeing. I have crossed it 4 times so far, and because I'm doing some business with factories in the area, I'm going to cross it again soon in the future. Definitely I'm looking forward to it, although it bothers me the fact that many times there is fog, that covers big part of the bridge, and blocks your view.
