Surprisingly informative
This museum is in the middle of nowhere and I didn't expect it to be particulalrly good, but actually it was. There's interesting information on cocoa bean cultivation, chocolate making, the history of chocolate, etc. Almost all the displays had English translations as well as Russian and Latvian and the standard of English was near perfect. I learnt a lot. Be sure to have a coffee or snack in the cafe next door with its view of the valley.

Very enthousastic gide
Nice experiance in a very new choclate museum. Workshop was great. We made a 'praline' and a 'lolly'. To make the time to firm up the chocalte in the refrigerator shorter we need some magic. It worked very well even with older students.

TAKE A GUIDED TOUR
I suppose that guided tour could be much better than only visit of museum which we took. The price is the same Guided tour should be booked in advance and unfortunately for 2-3 people is not available. The museum was average but the small shop was good as some production I saw there first time.
