busy, overpriced, grumpy, so-so equipment, closes punctually at 1800 hrs, disappointing start of the vacation. avoid the beginning and the end of the day to retrieve or return your bike as most customers will be there too . try the competition 300 meters down the road

Defective bikes, rude service
Rented mountain bikes on a day trip, when I returned to the shop after the trail the bikes were obviously very dirty. The manager (owner?) demanded for the bikes to be returned clean, obviously a reasonable request, even if his behaviour was quite rude. To my amazement the shop didn't have any means to clean the bikes (like a hose) and the manager didn't feel compelled to join me in finding a solution. In the end, other staff (who were more friendly than the manager) were able to help us out with a bucket and mop. I would have given a higher rating if the bikes were in top notch state, but we also found a problem with one bike halfway during the trip - basically the lock was only fastened with just one screw and would slip down, which meant we had to stop every few hundred meters. I definitely would caution against renting a bike here.
