Fast service, and tasty pancake

We stopped by for a quick bite to eat and that's what it was. Had looked forward to a bacon/apple pancake and got a lovely one. :)

Great food, and fun for the kids too!
We stumbled on this place as we were driving in the area and decided to plan a visit in. We took the kids and had a really tasty pancake lunch, and the kids spent hours in the play area. There is a large playground on sand, trikes on a race track, electric scooter things (€1 per go) on a track, goats who love being fed grass, a bouncy castle slide, and you can take a look in the mill as well. There's no pressure to finish your meal and leave, there is plenty of seating inside and out, and the children are safe in the area.

Must do when eating at the brasserie
if you go to the Brasserie "molen de Jonge Johannes", its less than 50m away (free entrance). Do make the detour, you'll enjoy it. Changes are high you will even have explaniation by the miller. There are some small steps that lead you higher in the tower. Take 10 minutes to explore. when the miller is present, take 20 :-) In the shop 100m away, you can buy flour from the mill. standard grocery prices are used.
