At the centre of the famous Oresund, it is filled with a multitude of boating craft of varying size, plus a fine choice of eateries. With marinas sheltered by a pair of embracing breakwater piers, we enjoyed a pleasant late evening stroll all around.

Great coast area with harbour
I was here for a conference, in the Rungstedgard hotel. Very quiet area, alongside the beach with the Karen Blixen house and museum (Danish author best known for Out of Africa and Babette's Feast). The marina is full of small restaurants, and the sandy beaches are just beautiful.

Nice place to hang out
Cosy small harbour with nice restaurants. Sushi, wok, pizza and more all round restaurants. All with view to the harbour. Close by is a smaller beach where you are able to swim.
