Must pontoon ride in the North Woods
It was a great day to be on Lake Minocqua, and our guide, Chad, was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and very funny He was passionate about the city and the lake. We got to see an eagles' nest with babies in it and an osprey rocketing down into the water and catching a fish. The wildlife on the lake was amazing, and the houses were pretty impressive. On a side note, I accidentally booked the wrong day, and Chad was very accommodating to get the right day and time. I would highly recommend this ride.

Second trip better than the first!
We have started to make this a yearly part of our vacation to the Northwoods, and this years trip was sensational! But try to be flexible with your booking. Chad does a great job making things work if there are conflicts. We were set to have a Tuesday morning cruise, but due to driver conflicts, we moved to a Monday afternoon cruise. Dave was our driver, and he went above and beyond. My wife had hoped to see a loon a little closer up than last year, and he delivered not once, twice, but three times. He also let our kids "captain" the boat for a minute or two. The stories and sights are incredible. This locally owned business always makes sure that they deliver that hometown feel. If you're like us, and just want to spend a few hours on the water, book a cruise!! You won't be disappointed!

Mini Vacation
It was a beautiful day to go for a cruise on Lake Minocqua. We did the 3 hour cruise, saw eagles, loons and even loons with babies. Some amazing homes and history on the lake. Very enjoyable to sit back and take in the scenery. Loved the tour guide and his wife. We have been coming up to the area for over 60 years and this is the first time we took this tour.
