Needs maintenance to bring back this gem.
Originally a beautifully landscaped park designed by the school of Frederick Law Olmsted, the Town of Winchester left this park to deteriorate. It is still possible to walk in a loop from Washington St. to Cross St and back, but the route is not nearly as beautiful as it was yeas ago. It's time for the Town to step up and do something to bring this beauty back.
