First Class facility and home town friendly staff.
Was here for a kayak fishing tournament. Could not imagine it could have better than Iimagined. but it was. I am anxiously awaiting my next return visit. I hope to ga annually for the rest of my life.

Pay to fish Lake system
This is a series of lakes built on the remains of an old phosphorus mine. Huge Bass make this a place you can catch a personal best and/or fish of a lifetime.

Beautiful Place & Great Staff
Our family of four just visited Bienville Plantation and we were in awe of the beauty. Great cabins with full kitchen, spacious living area, fireplace, good beds, and reliably hot shower. It has lovely grounds, very nice lodge and everyone there is extremely friendly and accommodating. Chef Rose did a wonderful job with our meals and all the staff we encountered were always smiling, saying hello, and asking if they could do anything for us. Even including our two teen daughters, which we greatly appreciated. We did not fish but we have heard the reputation for fishing is top notch. And if you don't fish, Bienville also offers other sportsman type activities as well! Easy to get to....not far off the highway. Great weekend overall! We couldn't get enough of the views! It's also a spectacular place for shooting photographs!
