Good beach

Decent beach. I was staying at an all inclusive in the area so it was direct access. A fair amount of drug dealers, which some people are interested in. The resort kept most of them off to the side. I didn’t like the market, I don’t like people yelling at me to come buy there trash but it is a decent beach with good water. I walked most of it and didn’t see any urchins or dangerous things that some other people mentioned in reviews. I’d say it’s worth a stop.

    Bloody Bay, Negril
The resorts on Bloody Bay are relaxing, quiet and are within walking distance of various vendors on the beach with goods ranging from clothing to carvings. Excursions can be purchased through the resorts or from recommended locals. See Lester by the RIU gazebo, not only will you be saving yourself $$, but you will be supporting local also. Beautiful sunsets, gorgeous beach and a true Jamaican experience.

Cool mix of beauty and local culture
We stayed at a resort along Bloody Bay and were able to relax on the beautiful private beach with little interruption. However, just a few feet away were rows of tarp tents that aligned the beach as makeshift gift and craft shops. Wood carvings, handmade jewelry and paintings were among the things available to purchase, and the locals were friendly and outgoing. The sounds, sights, and smells of Jamaica were abundant as you walk the beach, and the locals were eager to negotiate and even throw in free gifts if you stopped in their "shops."
