Do not come here

I am a 34-week pregnant woman, and I scheduled a pre-natal massage at this location for a 6:15pm appointment yesterday. I arrived there 10 minutes early just to have my appointment start 10 minutes after 6:15pm. Normally the wait isn't a problem, but Brooke had an attitude and mind you it wasn't that busy. She left me to change, but it takes me longer than usual because I am pregnant. Brooke has no manners and lacks any customer service. Doesn’t knock. Just barges in. Shook my stomach vigorously and didn’t do anything I requested. She was pressing on my baby’s head! Then she proceeded to tell me to lay on my stomach right after she told me that pregnant woman should not go on their stomach. I was bit confused and asked why, which she responded: “oh I forgot you were pregnant”. On top of that, they cut my appointment 10 minutes early. This was the worst pre-natal massage and just in general the worst experience and massage I have ever had. This person needs to be fired!

    Don’t sign contract
I was understanding that when I joined in March I could cancel. The massage therapist that I like left and they tell me I can’t cancel until a year is up! I’m so ticked! Don’t get s membership.

Fool me once, shame on you...
A while ago I called up Massage Envy in Westborough to schedule a massage for an achy back. When I got there I was told that my therapist had called out. Ok, it happens. But I was shocked when I was told I had to reschedule instead of accommodating me in some way while I was there. I asked if there was someone else that I could help me and the front desk was having trouble. I think it was the front desk assistant's first day or something. I was told I could be seen in a couple days due to packed schedule. I left, and drove 20 minutes away for a walk-in at Elements Massage. I wasn't whisked right in by a therapist and taken care of immediately, but I didn't expect it either. Immediately, they saw the pain on my face and let me relax while they got me water and dark chocolate treat, and said I would be able to lay down as I wait on an unused massage table because they could see me holding my lower back. 30 minutes later I was on a table being massaged. That was perfect considering a had to wait a bit and had to go to two places Over this past weekend I did something that totally jacked up my neck and needed immediate relief, and so on Monday morning I called Massage Envy in Westborough and set up a session after work. The thought a getting a massage throughout my was exhilarating and I couldn't wait to have my neck treated, but when I got there all that fun anticipation was gone. The front desk said I had made no call there, don't see my name on the schedule, and said it was possible that I might have called the massage place next door. I walk back to my vehicle and called the number I dialed that morning, "Good afternoon, Massage Envy." Hmmmm. I said that I had just left your office and this is the number I called this morning. There was no, "Please come back in and we will take care of it since it was our fault." or "We're sorry, but we don't have any available therapist at the moment. Can we offer you a reduced priced session some other time?" They just let me leave...with my jacked up neck. I'm a massage therapist and have worked in same establishments like Massage Envy for more than 10 years and neither I, my co-workers, or management would have never let anyone who was in pain leave our facility without some semblance of empathy and an outcome where the client is satisfied. There's that old say again: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I've gone to Massage Envy twice and both times I was left in the lurch. Not gonna happen again, which is shame, because the establishment is in my town. Next time I going next door...
