2.0Massage Envy(5 reviews) - Do not come here Spas I am a 34-week pregnant woman, and I scheduled a pre-natal massage at this location for a 6:15pm appointment yesterday. I arrived there 10 minutes early just to have my appointment start 10 minutes after 6:15pm. Normally the wait isn't a problem, but Brooke had an attitude and mind you it wasn't that busy. She left me to change, but it takes me longer than usual because I am pregnant. Brooke has no manners and lacks any customer service. Doesn’t knock. Just barges in. Shook my stomach vigorously and didn’t do anything I requested. She was pressing on my baby’s head! Then she proceeded to tell me to lay on my stomach right after she told me that pregnant woman should not go on their stomach. I was bit confused and asked why, which she responded: “oh I forgot you were pregnant”. On top of that, they cut my appointment 10 minutes early. This was the worst pre-natal massage and just in general the worst experience and massage I have ever had. This person needs to be fired!See more..
