Diego was an excellent tour guide. We learned SO much about Palm Beach on this tour. The segways are easy to use, they give you instructions and practice inside the building and then off you go. They segways are equipped with headsets so you can hear him. You get views of palm beach you wouldn't see on your own and awesome stories to go with it! You also make a stop at the sculpture garden and library. We were a group of 5 - 2 Adults, 3 kids - 11, 13, 16 - all had prior Segway experience. We called ahead to explain and they allowed us to bring the younger two after assessing their skill on the segways.See more..

We experienced our first tour with WPBFT 6 years ago and loved it so much, we booked again on our recent vacation to West Palm Beach! Due to poor planning on our part, we waited until last minute to book for a party of 9! Sadly (for us), the food tours were sold out. I reached out to Kristl to see if they could create a last minute private tour and they were able to accommodate us and add a few more to our group on a day that they do not normally book tours. Kristl was so accommodating, communicative and lovely to deal with. Our tour guide, Anna, was amazing! She was engaging, funny and kept us on track the entire time! Each restaurant was a delight and ranged from simple servings to showing us how Columbian coffee is made to how to properly cut a coconut open! You will NOT be disappointed (or hungry) after any of their food tours!See more..

This was the highlight of our honeymoon to West Palm Beach. Captain Ryan was courteous, thoughtful, and very knowledgable of the area. He really made us feel at home. The experience was quite private, relaxing, and I loved that we could just sit back, relax, and enjoy the sunset. This is definitely a "must do" when visiting the area! Went with friends and family. Also met some fun people on the trip. If new to the area great way to learn of some nice places to relax and have a cocktail and some good food.
