Built in 1928, our St. Louis brick building is the home not only of Palm Beach County's only craft distillery, but also one hundred years of family and local history. Come enjoy a tour and a taste of classically inspired cocktails, and small batch spirits. Crafted with only the finest locally sourced (when possible) ingredients, our spirits are made in the same manner our forefathers did many years ago. Our in-house mixologists hold not only a tasty libation, but also decades of local lore and history to boot. Our tours consist of a 45 minute stroll through 100 years of local history as well as a time travel through harvest and distillation methods of the past and present. Our 6 time internationally awarded rums are carefully produced using blackstrap molasses from Clewiston Florida, and are created entirely by our staff of dedicated craftsmen and distillers.
