Wonderful - Complete Surprise
The Archimedes Museum was recommended to us by the owner of the hotel we stayed in. This free museum is small, but the man working gave us a tour and demonstrated many of the different inventions to us which was quite fun. The only downside was not having more time to explore. After our trip to Greece, I went online to find a Pythagorean Cup (which they demonstrated at the museum) and when it was delivered I noted that it actually came from the Archimedes Museum (in an other city in Greece). Great memories here and I'd highly recommend stopping by if you're in Olympia.

Interactive experience
Situated right in the heart of everything in the small town, it’d be hard to miss this tiny ‘museum.’ It’s free to visit so I would absolutely recommend taking a short moment to look inside. You can donate to them but it’s not mandatory and nobody will pressure you about it. The place is packed with exhibits you can interact with so it’s also good location to go with children.
