House Plant Heaven

The Horticultural Gardens make for a great morning stroll. It’s essentially a maintained park full of winding walkways, plants and green houses with the king of all greenhouses located at its centre. The main building is split into several sections all with different kinds of plants, flowers and water features. If you like your house plants, this place is fantastic!

    Amazing grounds and greenhouse
    I was in Gothenburg for a week and walked through the gardens every day. I visited in July and it was rainy and cold most days but the greenhouse was warm and welcoming. I loved sitting on the top floor in the warmth among the plants reading for hours. On sunny days the cafe is a great place to hang out and they have healthy, delicious vegetarian options. A must see in Gothenburg don't miss!

    Wonderful and harmonious gardes
    What a well taken, serene and different garden. It was indeed a glimpse to the part. You were able to walk around and just look at the different flowers and trees and be in awe of how well it was done. There was even an imaginative playground that my children loved.
