An attractive little park
This attractive little park is situated at N Broadway and W Main (Route 66) on the former site of Weatherford’s first bank. Also known as McPhetridge Centennial Park, it commemorates the town’s founding in 1898. The park is nicely landscaped and has a large gazebo, a picnic area, a fountain and Centennial bricks that were donated by local residents, businesses, and organizations. It’s a nice place to rest and relax.

No reason to visit here!
This is a spot on Main Street where special events are held. It is a very small place with a gezebo and a few park benches. If you are downtown shopping and need a place to sit for a few minutes, this is a good place to stop. Don't go out of your way to visit here.
