A great place for new and experienced Crossfitters alike!
I joined Transform about 6 months ago as a newbie. I'd been to a Crossfit once before from a groupon deal and didn't have a great experience. This time was totally different. Coach Jaime walked me through everything, set me up with a foundations course to make sure I would be performing all movements correctly, and the other members of the gym were immediately welcoming and encouraging. I highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in Crossfit whether you're experienced or brand new.

Strong coach and community. Great workout!
Coach Jaime is a fantastic leader at the gym. As someone who is physically active but a beginner to CrossFit, I dropped in on a few classes while visiting from out of town; classes were physically challenging and demanding, but also supportive and instructive from a community and coaching perspective. Coach Jaime and regulars easily made you feel welcomed at the gym. Additionally, we tackled rope climbing during one of my training sessions and a few of us were new to the drill. Coach Jaime made sure we were properly trained before the workout and ensured safety for me and the rest of the members throughout the course of the workout (all while pushing us to give our best). Look forward to stopping by again next time I’m in town. Get ready to challenge yourself and come out physically and mentally stronger when you step foot into this gym.
