Skyline Drive-In, Washington, United States

4.5 (14 reviews) Spent Ranking #2 in Shelton Movie Theaters

An Old Treasure

Treat yourself and family and go kick back a few years in time and enjoy a couple movies while camping in the back of your pickup truck. Get yourself a blow up mattress and plenty of blankets and pillows and enjoy the show. The snack bar is fairly plain but the prices are better than the indoor theaters around here. Plus if you're a smoker you're already outside so who cares. We take an extra battery powered radio just to make sure everyone hears the audio. I've been going to the Skyline since I can remember and we should support this landmark. There's not very many Drive-ins left in our country and it would be sad to see them all go under. But we can keep ours if you patronize this long lived establishment that for so long has been part of our Shelton. It's a real Family Friendly place and a great way to spend a weekend night.

    Not XXX
Years ago the skyline use to be an adult drive in. Now it's top 10 movies. And the drive in upgraded their projectors within the last 2 years to digital. Wow, quite the experience. Always a double attraction.

So thankful to have a drive in close enough to enjoy. Skyline is a great part of living in the area. Lots of double feature options available - and a quality assortment in the concession stand. WARNING: Skyline Drive in is located in Shelton, WA - birthplace of every mosquito known to man. Some people like to watch from the back of their truck/van/lawn chairs. This is not the location for that. Had the top down a few years ago on my Camaro, only made it through the first 30 minutes of the first movie before we had to put the top up. Don't get eaten.
