Good service
Very friendly and courteous drivers. Clean vehicles. The only complaint I would have is that I wasn't able to book online. The site wouldn't accept my credit card. I had to call and was on hold for awhile. But, I would use again.

Not bad
I have used Shuttle Express a number of times and their service from your house to the airport is excellent. They were on time and the drivers were courteous. However the service from the airport is terrible. Even having a reserved time you have to wait from 30 minutes to over an hour in the open garage area of the airport. After our last trip I doubt that I will use them again. People who came in later left before we did.

Turtle time
Wife booked this for pick up after our return from our Alaska cruise. Important to know they waaaayyy overbook this shuttle don’t expect to get anywhere in a timely manner. Took us about 45 minutes waiting in line to get on. We checked our luggage with the ship to the airport. We should have taken an Uber to the light rail instead to get to the airport. ?
