Drive on the beach!

You can drive on this some 26 mile beach, it is spectacular! So far we have found 6 roads to access the beach. Entry points are 2-5 miles apart. Remember to stay within 150 feet of the high tide mark so you dont drive on the clam beds! Fish and Game or the Sheriff, whom patrol the beach, may give you a ticket. 15 years ago this is where I brought my wife to practice her driving. She later passed her test just fine.

    Surprised
    We were down to see some family that have a RV type of lot. I've never been to the Long Beach area as we have a place at the Westport area where I sport fish et cetera. While we didn't do much since the weather was poor we were surprised to see all the shops and especially all the restaurants in the area. It was like..."Wow, wish the Westport area had all these options." Neat area.
