Juanita Beach Park, Washington, United States

Beautiful Juanita Beach Park
The was the last stop during our visit to Kirkland. This beach used to have a resort owned and operated by the Forbes family until they sold it King’s County. This fulfilled their wish to make their land public. More details were found on a market near the beach. Besides the well maintained beach, a boardwalk extended out into the lake in an L shape. A large playground was also being built and will someday entertain lots of kids. This parking lot had quite a bit of open spaces along with spots across the street so it makes it easier for many to enjoy once the weather warms up.

A popular urban lakeside park that serves so many people
This is a popular urban lakeside park that is good for walking, sports, and picnic. Walking on the relatively long pier is the main feature in the park, and everyone loves it. The Playground is big enough for many children to play. Kayaking is also popular in the summer. Summertime on Friday, farmers' market is a high light of the week. The parking is not very difficult since a lot of people go to the park are live around there. But a sunny weekend day still crowded. A good option is on the upside of the street near the ball game field has extra parking space.
