Started ILKB about a month ago and I love it. I did it to get in shape before my wedding. Going is so fun and I feel so comfortable there. There is no judgment from anyone and everyone is always willing to help you learn and grow!

I love kickboxing Glen allen location is awesome. I'm always going in never knowing what kind of workouts to expect cause every day is dfferent but fun. The instructors are what keep the workouts super fun. This location is super clean and everyone is super nice. jessee Snead
