Breathtaking views!

This was our second time doing the hike. It was fairly easy and the views were breathtaking on a beautiful Sunday morning. If you end up walking along the beach on your return, do note that there isn't an actual trial, so you are walking on the sand/rocks, which got a little tiring on my feet and knees.

Wonderful Place Any Time Of Year
One of the most beautiful and accessible places in Puget Sound. You will need a Discover Pass to park in the lot. A day fee pass can be purchased on site. From the parking lot walk up the bluff. The views across to Port Townsend are spectacular. Continue along the bluff on the single track path. Eventually it will take you back down to the beach. The walk along the beach back to your car is very different then the bluff walk and just as beautiful. Bring your hiking shoes. Enjoy!

    Worth a visit
This small park has several hikes you can take. You can get great views of the sound, the Olympic mountains and Mount Baker from different hikes. You can also get down to the beach and watch the waves come in. You can also walk by an early settlers house, the Ebey house.. However it is only open Friday through Sunday-although everything I saw said it was also open on Thursdays. I was there on a Thursday and it was closed. At the home it clearly says Friday through Sunday so just a word of advice. In Coupeville there is a museum that has information about everything to see in the Historical Reserve and it is worth a stop as well. If you enter into the park from the parking lot you are supposed to pay or have a Discover Pass. I hiked in from The Ebey House and parked up there where there is no fee.
