Cross Kirkland Corridor Trail, Washington, United States
4.5 (72 reviews) Spent Ranking #4 in Kirkland Hiking Trails
Urban hiking at it's best
The 5.75 mile trail constructed over old rail beds was opened to walkers, joggers, bicyclists in 2015. It meanders through the Google campus, along a ridge that offers views of Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline. There are times when you Feel like you are in a forest and other times in folks backyards. The best in urban hiking.

Great Walking and Biking Trail
This is such a great little walking and biking trail. That being said, little certainly isn't the most apt word, as you can easily stroll for a few hours and get a sizeable, nearly 15 mile hike going from end to end and back again. We had a wonderful time walking about half of it and back, and I would highly recommend doing so if you have a couple of hours on a nice day.

Recommendation
During my visit in Kirkland I went for a run and then coffee. At the coffee shop, a local resident told me about the Cross Kirkland Corridor. It became my walking, running and biking route for the next few days of my stay. It is prairie path and well kept. It sits up high, is relatively flat and has great views.
