Best rainy day activity in town
We recently visited the Ocean Shores Interpretive Center after reading a review here. It was a rainy day and we could only spend so much time on the beach in the rain. We were pleasantly surprised by the exhibits here and spent a wonderful hour with kids from age two to fourteen and four adults all entertained. If you are at all interested in marine life, animals, or local history, you will not be disappointed.

Favorite stop in Ocean Shores
This is a great museum that offers so much information about the history and nature of the area. We ended up spending much more time here than anticipated. This is a great rainy day top but interesting anytime. Ship wrecks, Pat Boone, Whales, taxidermy animals, pelts to touch, and so much cool stuff. Great little gift shop and friendly docents.
