On time, consistent, great and safe drivers

So much better than driving to the airport, and about the same price when you add in the ridiculously high bridge toll and gas. These guys are the best. Was so disappointed when they had to briefly close over the plandemic. Ecstatic to see them back!

    Easy Peasy!
This shuttle service is the absolute best. Easy to make reservations, always on time for pick-up and such an ease. Takes all the pressure off driving and parking and in the end you save money. Wouldn't go any other way!

    Completely random service
Since moving to Gig Harbor we have experienced many kinds of Kitsap Airporter. The rule seems to be when it is good is absolutely fine, when it is bad it is probably one of the worst business models I've personally ever experienced. Good of course is to provide a reliable service, with friendly, dependable drivers operating close to the schedule getting you from Kitsap to SeaTac at a reasonable price. Bad is drivers who as with last night arrive late, leave late even on an every 2 (two) hour service, and handle bags with kind of a contemptuous attitude that left our bag dumped outside the Inn at Gig Harbor from a height more damaging than any airport handler. The systematic recurring problem of the credit card machine not working, and on a past trip heading into the Denny's parking lot on International Boulevard to take fares rather than at SeaTac. as again the machine wasn't working and the gent driving was clearly over his head. We felt for him. In defense of the drivers the lack of representation by personnel at the airport is damaging to schedule and service overall, and there seems to be a complete lack of accountability when problems regularly arise logistically or for payments. On the face of it, its a cute service vital to the people of Kitsap, in real terms its a service that craves proper management and accountability or simply competition. To provide a service at peak times that goes from hourly to every two hours is no good to anybody. As again stepping from a 12 hour flight from Europe we had to wait for a full 2 hours for the next shuttle we are desperately seeking alternatives.
