Al Borlin Park, Washington, United States
3.5 (6 reviews) Spent 2-3 hours Ranking #9 in Monroe Scenic Walking Areas
Decent city park
Al Borlin Park borders the Skykomish River. You cross over Wood's Creek on a bridge from Lewis St. to enter it. There are wide trails that stretch over half a mile, with different access to the river. It's a bit rustic and you may encounter big puddles after rains, but you can walk around these. I especially like this park on hot summer days, because it's covered by canopy and cooler.

Super gorgeous
No real complaints. Lots of fishing. The Snohomish River is beautiful. Great for drifting down in inner tubes or basking on the beach in the sunshine.

Riverside Park
It's a nice park to walk along the trails at. If you're into fishing, this would probably be closer to a 4 or a 5 out of 5, but if you're just out to walk along in the outdoors it's just a fine spot.
