    Great value for the mountain
The Snow Bowl will never compete with the likes of Killington or Sugarbush, but as a fantastic place to spend the day skiing with family- it's well worth it. The terrain is varied and features a lot of winding, tight trails so typical of New England. Easy to move between the two main lifts, which run perpendicular to each other. Food in the lodge is good and inexpensive. Every run there's something new to explore and see, and the views west are beautiful.

    FANTASTIC!!!!! Perfect for our family!!!!!
The Snow Bowl was highly recommended to us and we loved it. Great ticket prices and a perfect laidback ski experience with our young children. We easily picked up our pre-paid lift tickets just inside the Starr Shelter. Everyone at the lodge was friendly and laidback. The trails were well maintained with nice corduroy and good snowmaking operations. Ski lift lines were non-existent. We skied on a Thursday and Friday in Late January. A lot more college students skied on Friday. We brought our own lunch, but we could never resist a grilled burger from the grill & it was fantastic! We even enjoyed the Happy Hour special that Friday afternoon - bratwurst, pretzels etc. Our children usually spend a full/half day ski camp at other resorts, but this was the first time we skied with them all day – it was perfect for us! We were bummed that the ski season was cut short, but we will certainly return to the Snow Bowl as soon as we can!
