The Lake Champlain Chocolates Flagship Store & Cafe offers chocolates and confections including handmade truffles, caramels, clusters, our famous Five Star Bars, gift assortments and gourmet hot chocolate. The cafe serves lattes, ice creams, gourmet coffee and teas, hot chocolate with homemade whipped cream or marshmallows, and lots of factory seconds! Worth the visit
Lake Champlain Chocolates factory store is about a mile from downtown Burlington. Store has a small cafe for drinks and ice cream. Chocolates are wonderful, particularly the dark chocolate. Make sure you check the seconds arra where the chocolates are half price or less.

Wish they did tastings...
We stopped in on a gorgeous early November day before we visited a few breweries in the area. It is a beautiful store. We have visited a chocolate making factory in the Dominican Republic, so we were familiar with the long process to make chocolate. We decided to buy hot chocolate mix so that we could do a side by side comparison with the mix we bought in the Dominican. We bought a gift for the person picking up our mail while we were away. I did not think the workers were overly friendly-but they were also not unfriendly. They just were there. They should have had some tasting available-we likely would have spent more money.
