    Worth the Drive
It was nearly closing time when we visited so we missed out on baking classes and shopping in the bakery, but we enjoyed wandering through the enormous baking store and came away with a bag of baking goodies. The products here are for serious bakers, and they are not inexpensively priced; still, you get what you pay for. The building is very handsome and staff were kind and helpful. We would love to return to take a class and sample the baked goods.

If you bake, you're got to stop by and check out the store
If you are into baking you probably know about King Arthur Flour. Here you can visit their store and pick up some unique mixes as well as branded gear. Baking equipment may not be the best deal, but what they do carry is top quality. We had planned to eat at the cafe, but they didn't have pizzas (apparently that's just on select evenings?) so we passed on that, though it smelled good.
