It is a beautiful place, very touristy.
Emblematic place of the most representative vineyard. You can see that they give it very good maintenance, congratulations for it. Ojo is one of the icons of the city, therefore it may be that many people want a photo in it. So be patient and friendly until it's your turn. And if you see workers doing their maintenance work, let them do their job. Enjoy it!

Overrated tourist stop
It is nicely done, and worth about a 5 minute visit. There are crowds of tourists trying to grab a picture, and a lot of locals dressed up as super heros, Star Trek and other characters looking to make a few pesos off a picture with them. I would not go out of my way to see it, but if you are heading to Vina Del Mar from Valparaiso ask your driver to do a slow drive-by so you can take a picture from the car.
