Crowded but stunning
Firstly need to stay if you’re travelling here with the lake coming up on your right side then avoid the first car park which is paid, drive 3 minutes more and the car park to the back of the lake is free! The lake itself is beautiful, helped a lot by the amazing mountains behind. Quite crowded when we arrived at lunch time but still places to find quiet. We stored again on our way home around 6ish and that was perfect as it was much quieter and watching the sun set behind the mountains was amazing. Believe you can swim here in the summer months but a little too cold in October!

Pretty man-made lake
A man-made lake in Kranjska Gora with superb views all around. You can take a romantic walk around the lake while enjoying the scenery and admiring the ducks that call this lake home. Really nice to take lots of pretty pictures and to just sit back and relax. There are amenities nearby for your convenience too.

Beautiful emerald lake with mountain view
Lake Jasna is a great stop and place for a short hike around it or coffee chill with a spectacular sight on the mountains. Its emerald colour is stunning and incredibly photogenic. In the Summer you can take a dip in it (a very refreshing one), or simply walk around and enjoy the view.
