while in Slovenia, you need to see this
Located just at the end of the road, it ends with the mountains, surrounding it. Water is crystal clear, reflecting the mountains in it. We went around the lake (12km) which i was definitly a great decision and it is highly recommended. Snow cover added some extra magic to the scenery.

Wonderful!
Just magical! Really beautiful lake & surroundings, to swim in the crystal clear waters on a beautiful summer's day was just amazing & the surrounding scenery is stunning. Not too busy or over commercial, you can easily find a quiet spot around the lake & be as one with nature! What I admired & was extremely pleasantly surprised at was how clean the place & surrounding town was! We were there for FIVE days before we saw our first bit of litter, a discarded cigarette butt! The whole village comes out to the lake on hot summer weekend afternoons with BBQ's & what have you but the following day not a trace of any litter of damage. As another contributor has said, one of their favourite places on the planet & a firm Top 3 for me now. ?
