Great place to relax

If you want a walk in the nature, this is perfect. Not too long, with shadow and sun. The walk path is gravely. Also great for dogs. Sometimes over the weekend more crowds, but not a problem. There is also a big parking lot.

    nice path-road around the lake
    Nice lake, attractive as there are no houses near and even no restaurants! Just nature at its best! The road is closed for motorised traffic, so some 4 km of gravel road is great for walking, cicying etc. Good fishing as well. There are also some paths leading to the nearby villages and churches and to aone smaller lake. There are signs from Lukovica so it is easy to find it.

    Great for walk, running, suping.skating
    One of less known Slovenian lakes but nice and not far from Ljubljana - cca 20 km, close to Lukovica. There is a parking place but no restaurants. Lake is artificial so there is a gravel road all the way around - some 4 km. Great for running or just walking as there is no traffic. During wormer months some people swim but water doesnt look so clean. I prefer to go for suping.... Boats are not welcomed by fishermans which are quite some around - you need a permit. During the winter lake freezes somethimes and makes a wonderful natural skating ring...
