Beautiful, serene, complete.

Whether you travel there alone, in couples, with your families, or in groups of friends, Molveno is perfect. On top of the breathtaking view of the lake and the Dolimiti-Paganella mountains around it, there are MANY activities you can do there. They're well-organized, too. Restaurants there pay attention on food and service quality. I went there solo. And even though the weather wasn't being supportive when I was there, I enjoyed being there nevertheless.

Paragliding in Molveno is just beautiful!
I have been recommended to visit Molveno due to its beatiful area and very nice place for paragliding. The water in the lake in July is still pretty cold, however, once there is hot weather nobody minds, right. :-) There are lots od outdoor activities which are possible to do, especially paragliding is very exciting. I fly myself, but tourists can go for tandem paragliding to see the whole beauty from the top. I attache couple pics. Enojy it as much as I did!

Beautiful but much tourists
On our way to the next destination we wanted to make a stop at this lake. In Molveno parking can be very problematic. Not many spaces but large amounts of tourists that want to go there. Especially tricky if you are later on the day. The lake itself is quite large with beautiful mountains on the background. On the downside it has a green well maintained park/ boulevard where you can relax or take a swim in the lake. The water of the lake was very clear and the temperature of the water was perfect for swimming. There is sufficient entertainment for on the water (electric and motor boats, water bike, canoe).
