Wait, What? 18% automatic gratuity
2 Stars because of the server. Let me start by saying the young man who provided service to us was wonderful and attentive. The problem I have is why is SMG adding 18% gratuity to my order automatically regardless of the number of people. I have no problem adding a tip/gratuity but to make it automatic that makes no sense. SMG should increase the pay of their employees and not force an added charge to customer's bill. Very disappointed. I'm not going back.

Horrible Kitchen Staff
I did work in the Kitchen, I should change all those employees who don't work they take time, and they spend time on their cell phones talking in the bathrooms locked up you go outside to vote garbage and they stay; they don't start work and then the new staff want to exploit them. But as I say that is up to your supervisor, they should remove all those who don't work and are late and don't work. Not in another Job Ahimsa covens do whatever they want. What happens with that supervisor?? They must of new and organized and responsible employees. My Son says that there is a man who is always the one who arrives early, and I teach him a lot and that he works a lot, he cooks the truck, and no one helps him. Thanks you Sr Robert Moreno for having helped my son he has already letf but he always remembers you. I told him to get out and they keep telling the supervisor that the new ones don't work and the ones that don't work are all those Mx bums out there.
