It Is just awesome!
When i went in there, i tought its was goin to be boring but as the day passed, i tought is awsome!!!! I like how the scenery looked and the lake was cool. It is also a great place to have a romantic day or a nice family picknic. I would go there next time i go to a park in lubbock...

$10/person!!
I was shocked at the price. We didn't have a boat and just came here to swim and picnic. To be clear there is no easy access to the water. At $10 a person there should be beach and a burger shack and umbrellas etc. Don't go without a speed boat.

If They only knew.
Very nice lake, great fishing I do not eat the fish because I seen the Oil and chemical spills into the lake from up river by a local producer and have read reports on mercury levels in lake.
