Great way to enjoy a your weekend.
Whether it is Cadillac Pizza on Friday night or Saturday morning breakfast at Spoons, you will really enjoy the small town atmosphere of Downtown McKinney. On Friday night we had drinks and pizza at Cadillac Pizza before visiting the Improve Comedy club to finish the evening. We stayed in a local B&B and then had an excellent breakfast at Spoons Dinner before shopping multiple stores including an afternoon snack at "Mom and Pops" old fashioned candy store. We then finished our trip with drinks and seafood at Bayou Jacks Cajun Grill on Saturday night.

Great historic downtown area with food and shopping
Hadn't been to McKinney in at least a decade and was very pleasantly surprised at the great downtown area. Great places to eat, shop, and see art. Walls of Clay is a great space for painting ceramics, doing fused glass or painting glass objects such as wine glasses.

Very shopable
Too many shops to go through each one (but I tried in the 95 degree temperature). So many choices of food & drinks you can’t do it all in a day. If you’re looking for a gift or something cute for yourself or your guy needs a new T-shirt from his college days you can find them here.
