Nice place to hangout for couple of hrs
This place is not fully done yet but it’s in a perfect location if you’re in the mood to just have 1-2 hrs of relaxing walk! There are 7 places to eat so far which all are unique and great as well as handful of shops. A beautiful European style fountain, chapel, and bell tower are just a few unique sites to stop and take pictures. My favorite however is walking through the neighborhood and the board walk area and actually walk around the chapel with sidewalks for public to use on one side of the lake.

Fun place to visit and have lunch.
My wife and I decided to have a leisurely lunch and decided to go to Adriatica Village and check it out. We walked around a little and found a cafe with outdoor seating that overlooked the lake. Great food and great atmosphere. Loved it.

GREAT DEVELOPMENT
If I were to move to the Dallas region, Adriatica would be my place of choice. It is very well done and you feel being along the Mediterranean region. The developers have done an amazing job. The buildings, the church are all amazing. The only minus it the structured parking lot that should be better incorporated in the landscape. Great restaurants as well.
